What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Krisha is the go-to hair stylist for anyone looking for the perfect cut and color. As a professional stylist, I specialize in creating styles that are tailored to my clients’ needs and preferences. I take great pride in providing the highest quality of service.
My commitment to my clients goes beyond delivering the perfect cut or color. I strive to make sure that each person I work with has the best experience possible. Let me help make you look and feel your best! To ensure that she can create the best look for you, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment with clean, day-one with no products. We also ask that you do not come with your hair in a bun, ponytail, or any style that stretches the curl. We look forward to working with you, and will send you a reminder text a few days prior to your appointment.
Arrival
At Crown Healing by Krisha , we strive to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a smile, and offered a beverage. We understand that many of our clients are on their lunch break, so snacks are available. Krisha will then sit down with you and have a very thorough consultation, where we discuss all your challenges, fears and inspirations, and together we will come up with the best style that fits you and your lifestyle.

Next, you can expect a professional and personalized hair styling experience. Krisha, will start with a dry cut, ensuring that can see the results in the mirror by always facing you forward. Next, your scalp will be treated with natural products and a slight scalp massage to prepare you for the wash. Then, Krisha will wash and detangle your hair with nothing but the best natural hair products, followed by a luxurious flower bath and steam to moisturize your hair.
Finally Krisha will take you back to your chair where she will teach you how to create and recreate your style. She will then lay your seat back as she diffuses your hair . You will leave feeling refreshed and with a stunning new look. Krisha will also give you your very own personalized formula with all the products she used on you to create your custom hairstyle.

After Goodbye
At Crown Healing, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your services. After you leave our salon, you can expect to receive a follow-up text to make sure you are happy with the results. If, by chance, any adjustments need to be made, you have 10 days to come in and we will fix it at no additional cost. Additionally, all of our services include gratuity, so all we ask in return is that you leave us a five-star Google review telling us about your Crown Healing experience. We truly value your feedback and appreciate your support.
